At Swift Cast we are committed to respecting your privacy. Any and all information about you collected by Swift Cast will be kept confidential.

All credit card and personal information are sent via 128 bit encryption.

Refund/Exchange Policy

At Swift Cast we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on every product we sell. Before returning your purchase, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact customer service at 951-898-9907 or Email to customerservice@swiftcast.net to obtain the RMA number within 30 days of purchase date.

All returned products must be in original condition, not alternated in any way and must be returned with the original packaging and RMA number. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned products.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted before an order is shipped. Please submit your request to cancel your order via email to customerservice@swiftcast.net, or call on 951-898-9907. All cancellations must contain the following information: First name, last name, order number, phone number and email address. This information must be identical to the information submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so we can contact you if we have questions about your request.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order. If your order has not been shipped Swift Cast will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your cancellation request was documented as received after the order was shipped, you will be required to return the product for a refund. Please see our Refund/Exchange Policy above.

Warranty Policy

90-Day Warranty
All Lock & Troll™ products carry a 90-Day warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers replacement or repair of the product only, which Swift Cast will determine based on product availability. Warranty does not include damages caused by misuse, including but not limited to corrosion due to failure to properly rinse in fresh water and dry lures, before storing.

Warranty Procedure
Prior to returning a product due to defect, please contact our customer service department. You may do this by email at customerservice@swiftcast.net or by calling, 951-898-9907 to determine whether the item is indeed defective before shipping. Then obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request. See Refund/Exchange Policy for more details.

Shipping Costs
Customer assumes all costs for shipping products to Swift Cast. We will pay to ship our products to you. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS or USPS Ground unless a rush is requested. Upgraded shipping cost will be charged to the customer. The customer is required to pay the shipping cost (USPS only) for all returns.

Out of Stock Policy

Swift Cast stock balances fluctuate with demand. Our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", you can continue to order this item and we will ship it as soon as it becomes available. In most cases Swift Cast will ship it within 2 weeks.

Despite of our effort to keep product record current on rare occasion some items may be identified as In Stock when the item is temporary Out of Stock. In this case Swift Cast will promptly notify you via email or phone. This makes it important that you provide Swift Cast with your current email address and phone number.

At Swift Cast we have a "Same Day Shipping" policy. All orders placed before 2:00PM PST will be processed same business day, orders placed between 2:00PM PST and 4:00PM PST may be processed same or next business day, orders placed after 4:00PM PST will be processed next business day.
